Refunds requested prior to shipping:

Refunds that are requested within 2 days of order will incur a $25 cancellation fee. The remainder will be refunded back to customer via PayPal or Zelle only.


Refunds that are requested within 3-7 days of placing an order will result in a 50% refund back to customer.


Refunds requested 7 days  or more after placing an order will not be honored by merchant.


Refunds or replacements requested after shipping/delivery:
Refunds or replacements for damaged items: Refunds or replacements will be honored on items that may arrive damaged due to shipping if merchant is notified by customer within 24 hours of package delivery.  If customer requests a replacement, merchant will require customer to provide pictures of the damaged item and possibly return it to determine if item can repaired or if a replacement is needed. Merchant agrees to cover the shipping cost of items that require return.


If customer requests a refund for damaged item, merchant must be notified within 24 hours of item delivery. Merchant will request that customer provide pictures and then return the damaged item. Merchant agrees to cover the shipping cost of items that require return. Once merchant receives returned item, a refund (minus original shipping fees) will be issued to customer via PayPal or Zelle only. 


Item delivery date/time is determined by postal/shipping service package tracking system.
